It was a huge call to ‘unfranchise’ last year when FN By The Bay (Birkdale, QLD) principals, Andrew South and Levi van Dijk changed brands to First National Real Estate, but they haven’t looked back.
Recently, Andrew and Levi’s team celebrated their first anniversary working alongside their fellow independents and said ‘after 15 years with our previous brand, we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Thank you to our team and clients who have supported us this year.’
FN Casino (NSW) teased its customers as preparations were taking place for Casino’s iconic ‘Beef Week’ celebrations.
We’re not sure what was going on inside, but we well remember last year’s shenanigans and it seemed a good opportunity share their cool shopfront.
We’ll keep you posted…

Onward and upward, Harley.
There’s nothing like a well composed professional team image to attract business and talent, so it’s no surprise FN Rayner (Bacchus Marsh and Ballan, VIC) were noticed upping their game recently.

When Queensland Business Growth Manager, Michael Keith recently visited FN Bundaberg to deliver Andrew Dun’s Digital Award (for a second consecutive year), he said ‘Andrew’s passion and skill for everything video, marketing and social media is unparalleled, and I always look forward to visiting the office and learning something from him.’
Congratulations on your back-to-back wins, Andrew.
Another office kicking goals is FN Commercial Bonnici & Associates (Wodonga, Beechworth and Thurgoona, VIC) where National Commercial Manager, Anne Donchos reports two recent auctions attracted large crowds.
In Yarrawonga, a mixed-use property’s auction opened with a bid of $1.8 million and the team worked the buyers to achieve $2.6 million under the hammer.
Later the same day, Beechworth’s Empire Hotel attracted a large crowd but sadly their hands were stuck firmly in their pockets, so it passed in on a vendor bid of $1.1 million.
‘Great day and a fantastic team,’ said Anne.
‘Will and Penny have done an amazing job building the culture they have within their agencies’.
FN Bairstow Kerr (Albany, WA) principal, David Kerr, took his team out for lunch to celebrate achieving their goal of 100 Google Reviews recently.
Back in 2019 when Chief Communications Officer Stewart Bunn paid a visit, the office had just 8 reviews and a 3-star Google ranking. Now, FN Bairstow Kerr has a 4.7-star rating and is hauling in over 250% more enquiry from its Google listing.
Congratulations and keep up the great work, team.
