Fete Raffle Tickets ARE HERE!

 

Raffle tickets have gone out in the Totes and available to purchase. The raffle continues to be a big part of our fete fundraising effort. 

With 7 LUCKY WINNERS and almost $4500 in prizes; raffle tickets offer great value for your money! Tickets are still only $3 each ($30 per book).

 

$1500 School Fees or Visa Gift card, $1100 Travel Prize from Catherine Stone Travel, Hot Air Balloon Ride valued to $1018, $500 Eastland Gift Card, $200 Flower Pot Florist, $100 Budgie Bar Voucher, $50 Bunnings voucher from Frontline Locksmiths!

Mystery Jars

Thank you for an incredibly successful Mystery jar day!  We collected 910 jars from our generous community!  Stay tuned for the announcement at this week’s assembly and we will publish the results in the next edition.

Fete Update – Trash & Treasure / Clothing Stalls

Unfortunately, the Trash & Treasure and Clothing Stalls will not be going ahead at this year’s Fete. This is due to a shortage of volunteers to coordinate and manage the stalls, and we have not had anyone come forward to take on the Stall Holder role.

 

As a result, we will not be accepting any donations for these stalls this year, with the exception of books, which are still welcome!

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

If you are a family or local business interested in donating to our Silent Auction; we would love vouchers, hampers or brand new items. It is a great opportunity to promote your business and we’d love your support.

Join us for our next fete meeting on Wednesday, 13 August in the P&F/Fete Room. Our focus will be on Volunteers/Stall Holders, Aprons or Volunteer IDs, Security and Sanitisation.

Are you the Next Fete President?

 We are on the hunt for the next Great Fete Leader! It is with sadness that Lauren Cefai has stepped down as President.  We are very grateful for Lauren’s efforts and leadership the last 2 years; the time she has dedicated to Fete as well as being P&F President, not to mention the years of sponsorship from Bosch Car Service Ringwood.  Lauren will be handing over her duties the next few weeks and we look forward to seeing her on Fete day. Adam Stone (former President) Andrew Conway & Duncan will help captain the ship so if you are interested please reach out to the Fete Committee or Duncan.
