Prep-2 Visual Art Incursion
Over the past two weeks, Singapore born artist Dawn Tan, worked with the Prep-Year 2 students to paint their favourite dinner. The students explained why their chosen meal was their favourite and thoroughly enjoyed replicating this through their artwork. Thank you to Mrs Burnes for organising Dawn to work with our students, and thank you to the Sacred Heart community for supporting the Art Show last year to allow this amazing experience for our Prep-2 students.
Prep 100 Days
Congratulations to our Preps who have completed 100 Days of School today. The children and teachers were dressed in their vibrant coloured T-shirts decorated with 100 items. To celebrate the BIG 100, the children participated in various activities throughout the morning. A huge thank you to Miss Wirth, Miss Cameron and Mrs McConnell for planning and setting up the morning. Thank you to all the parents who were able to help run the activities.
