Girls Cricket Gala Day

On March 24th all the girls from year 4 to 6 went to Brunswick Street Oval to play cricket against Merri Creek Primary School. This event was to encourage and inspire girls to play cricket. Every team played 4 games all throughout the day. Some Fitzroy North teams had to play against each other. There were 7 fields to play on, some teams had to verse each other twice on that day. Overall all the girls had a great day and experience. We hope it inspires some girls to play cricket.
