Congratulations to

Lauren & Roy (Year 6)

This year both Lauren & Roy were once again selected for Team Vic – to compete at the SSA National Aquathlon/Triathlon Championships in Queensland.

Both students represented Wheelers Hill PS as part of the Victorian team, and they have now returned from their busy 4-day national event. It was a valuable learning experience for both students, to compete alongside other strong aqua athletes from across Victoria as well as other states.

Lauren performed exceptionally well across multiple individual and relay events, ultimately qualifying for Final A (Top 16) and finishing in 15th place overall.

Roy also gave his very best effort and finished around 28th overall.

We are all very proud of their efforts in these events, competing at such a high level. Congratulations to you both! What a wonderful effort!.
