Facilities & Capital Works 

Cleaners Room Primary Building: this has been tidied up so that staff can access supplies when Sally has the room opened for business. Please do not put anything else into the room.  

Kitty Litter for spill kits:  Classrooms need about 750gms to 1Kg of kitty litter in their spill kits. A number of classrooms are using recycled SPC preserved fruit screw- top jars for this purpose. 

Something similar would be ideal.  If you have some spare empty fruit jars   you could give to Mary for spares.

Maintenance: The school attempts to repair any maintenance item as soon as possible. Items that are not on the maintenance log cannot be repaired as no-one knows there is a problem. Major maintenance items  are planned for the school holidays or after school where there are no students around.

Yaluk - Defects: Remember to email Denise if there are still outstanding defects items from the Yaluk Building.
