Family and Faith
From the Family Educator
Welcome to the new school year of 2025. As a community, together we share the journey with our students of faith, learning and love. Let us all embrace the Sydney Catholic Schools theme this year. May we always seek what is good, true and beautiful. “You Also Are My Witnesses, Because You Have Been With Me.” John 15:27
As the Family Educator this year my aim is to help our students, families and the greater community with a number of initiatives that will bind our community in love and faith. Throughout the year I hope that many of you will join and participate in these activities as together we engage and celebrate “Our love is not just words but something real and active.” John 3:18

Year 6 SPaR
Last Tuesday Year 6 and some of their parents and grandparents gathered in the Church to explore the intricate parts of the physical church and reflect on their relationship with God.
This session provided the students and their families with an opportunity to have open dialogue and seek knowledge about our Christian faith and we look forward to welcoming other grades in the church throughout the term.

Today, Friday, we celebrate the feast of Saint Valentine’s Day.
Fun fact: Today is a day that is synonymous with love that dates back to the Roman Empire.
“Let all you do be done in love.” 1 Cor 16:14.
