Data Collection
In Sydney Catholic Schools annual data collections take place throughout the year, which capture information about the number and characteristics of the school's staff and student body.
The Sydney Catholic Schools' Privacy Policy sets out how SCS and each systemic Catholic School manages personal information provided to, or collected by it.
The Standard Collection Notice covers the standard reasons that schools need to collect and use information in order to perform core functions.

Change in Visa Status
It is important for families to keep the school informed of any change to residency status, especially where permanent residency visa holders may become Australian citizens. If there are any chnages to your visa or residency status, please contact the office and email the documentation to info@olssmiranda.catholic.edu.au so it can be kept on file.
School Fees
The School Fee Statement will be forwarded via email to all families from February 15th onwards.
School Fees Fees can be paid via BPay (preferred method), EFTPOS, Cheque or Cash or via the Compass APP or through the school office by calling the school office on 02 9524 5543. Instalment due dates are located on your Fee Statement and should be paid as soon as possible on the dates due.
