AROUND THE SCHOOL

District Swimming - Wednesday 19th February - Korumburra Swimming Pool.

Congratulations to all our swimmers who represented our school at the District Swimming event held at Korumburra Pool on Wednesday 19th February. The chilly conditions, injuries and apprehension were testing but our students were resilient and determined. They encouraged and supported each other.  Their outstanding efforts led to our school winning the Ian Brewster Handicap Shield once again. 

Well done to George Reidy who was the under 9 boys age champion. 

Thank you to Emily Percyzk who helped as a finish line judge and to all the supporters who stepped in to help in many different ways.

Term one is underway! With UV reaching extreme levels, it’s time to make sun safety a top priority.  For staff andf students, this means hats and sunscreen.  No hat? You must 'play under the shaded verandah'. Hats can be purchased from the uniform shop for $10.  Order via CDFpay.  Hats with graffiti on them are unacceptable.
