From the Principal

This term has gone very quickly and has had its challenges and celebrations. We have enjoyed various sporting events, excursions and incursions.  We started the term with our Quality Beginnings Program where students and staff collectively establish classroom expectations and agreements, we rolled out our new school Values and presented our school leaders with their badges. Students in Years 3 and 5 took part in NAPLAN and students all made growth in their learning.

This last week our students in years 3 to 6 enjoyed an excursion to the Melbourne Grand Prix. Thank you to the parents and teachers who supported the students on this excursion. I am very grateful for your willingness to get up early and return after school hours. I hope you all enjoyed it just as much as the students.

This Thursday, school will dismiss at 2.30pm for the mid-semester holiday break. Students return to school on Monday 15th April.

Happy Easter to all our families and I hope you enjoy time with family and friends over the holiday period.

See you all at the start of Term 2
