Parent Volunteers 

At Holy Family we value all parents and their involvement in aspects of school life. Next term we would like to invite parents to volunteer in our classrooms. 

Each classroom teacher will work on an individual roster and tasks for their class. 

Parents who would like to volunteer are invited to an essential workshop. You only need to attend ONE of these workshops. 

Thursday 2nd May 5pm - via TEAMS only 

Friday 3rd May 8:40am - in person (school Library) or via TEAMS

3-6 Run Club 

We are always looking for new ways to help our students learn. There This week Year 3-6 began a new exciting exercise adventure at school!

Current educational research has found a strong link between "blasts" of intense exercise and academic improvements. Students in these studies have also reported feeling more awake, confident and ready to learn. We are keen to trial these research findings for our students. 

On Thursday, our wonderful Year 5 teacher Jack Clarke, began the Holy Family Run Club. It will be meeting Monday, Thursday and Friday on the grass area at 8:25am. Students will be involved in movement that includes running and aerobic exercise. If parents would like to be involved please let me know.
