2024 Cross Fit Cub Games

Congratulations to Kohen Fensbo who recently competed in the Cross Fit Cub Games. Kohen competed against 16 other boys in his age division which involved 4 workouts over 4 weeks. His stand out workout was number 3 which saw Kohen coming 2nd place. This workout consisted of knee raises, dumbbell snatches and goblet squats.

Well done Kohen!

Cross Country

Cross Country is fast approaching. The School Cross Country Carnival will be held on Friday 12th April 2024 (Week 11). Students will travel by bus to Riverside 4 & 5 Sporting Complex (next to the old netball courts on Carter Street) at 9.00 am and return to school at approximately 12:00 pm. The children will participate in Minor (5-7 years), Junior (8-10 years), 11 years and Senior age groups on the day. Students who are 8 years and older can qualify for the Diocesan Cross Country Carnival which is to be held in Barraba on Friday 17th May 2024.

Parents are welcome to attend our carnival to spectate. Please note that ALL STUDENTS must come to school before the carnival. NO student is to go directly to the event. There is no cost for the event.

Term 1 Sport

Each Friday this term the students will be learning all the ins and outs of Netball. Thank you to Lauren Smart and Aleica Swain from North West Netball for facilitating Term 1 sport.
