Breakfast Club

Another great fortnight in Breakfast Club at Traf Primary School! We've been cooking up a storm of fresh toast and cheese toasties, as well as serving yummy cold Milos and cereal to provide a healthy breakfast for our hungry learners!

Due to our generous sponsors, Breakfast Club continues to be able to support our students with breakfast and also provide Care Packages for families.

We would like to personally thank IGA Trafalgar, Gracie's Bakery, Baker's Delight Mid Valley and Foodbank for their generous donations and support again this year.

Our Traf Pantry (found in the Gym Foyer) continues to be stocked with many excellent products, available to anyone - and they’re free! If you would like to receive a Care Package or know of a family who may benefit, feel free to drop into our School Office, see Mrs Burns or Mrs Marslen.

Any extra Milo donations would also be greatly appreciated!

Looking forward to seeing you all for Brekky!

AusBike

Warragul Cycling Club is facilitating an AusBike Learn to Ride program in Term 2. We have previously facilitated an AusBike program on school grounds with Brenton Jones & we would love to see the kids take the next step & continue to progress their bike riding skills.

This is a world class bike education program that has been developed in conjunction with the Australian Government & the UCI governing body ensuring kids between the ages of 5 – 12 have the opportunity to be safe & confident on 2 wheels. In addition, AusBike also has 4 Gears or Levels that allow kids from all skill levels to join an amazing program that aligns with all the Cycling, MTB & BMX events you will see in the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics!

Hot Cross Bun Fundraiser

Hot Cross Bun DriveThe Parents & Friends Committee would like to thank students and their families for ordering hot cross buns from our fundraiser through Bakers Delight Midvalley this week.A total of 46 students purchased 157 packs which is a fantastic outcome for our fundraising efforts. It was almost a three-way tie for the most popular flavour - 50 traditional, 49 choc chip, 46 apple & cinnamon, and 12 fruit free were ordered.

We hope students enjoy their treats across the end of Term 1. As they were delivered fresh, they can even be popped in the freezer for lunch boxes - that is, if there are any leftovers! The school certainly smelled delicious as students went home with their goodies yesterday.

Thank you to our student Environmental Leaders for their help with sorting and delivering orders to classrooms. If you have any feedback, questions, would like to help for events, or would like to join our committee, please contact us on tpspandfsecretary@gmail.comThe Parents & Friends Committee thank you for your support.
