We wish the best of luck to Piper Devine who is attending the State Athletics Championships in multiple events.
Congratulations to Isabella Grace, Ngaire Ross, and Mrs Ross on representing Peninsula last week at the QRSS Baseball Championsships. The team’s performance was the best in a number of years.

RUGBY LEAGUE:
The SMCC Female Rugby League team played a hard game last week against Trinity Bay. Best of luck this week when you take on Woree at 3.50pm, Jones Park.
St Marys U13 boys’ rugby league team had a convincing win this week against St Andrews Catholic College. Please come along this week Wednesday 3.45pm on the SMCC oval to watch the boys take on Mackillop.

Junior and Senior Sport Program-Key Information:

JUNIOR SPORT: YEAR 7
Day & Time: Tuesdays Period 5 and 6
Uniform: House Shirt
The Term 1 Sports Program is an Interhouse Sport Competition, held here at St Mary's. Please remind your child to ensure they bring a hat and water bottle.
Students that are in the musical, are required to go to their allocated room in P6 and P7.
JUNIOR SPORT: YEAR 8 & 9
Day and Time: Tuesdays Period 5 and 6
Uniform Year 8: Sport Shirt

All students need to go to the Sports Canvas page- Junior Sport-Junior Sport Term 1. You will find the weekly Junior Sport timetable which will help you to know what you need to bring and where you are to meet.
Some activities are off-site and students will travel by bus.
All students to ensure that they bring a hat, water bottle and sunscreen.
SENIOR SPORT: YEAR 10, 11 & 12
Day & Time: Wednesday Period 5 and 6
Students are either in CISSA teams or the Sport Rotation Groups.
Uniform: Sport Shirt

Term 1. You will find the weekly Senior Sport timetable which will help you to know what you need to bring and where you are to meet.
CISSA teams will need to meet at the HOB 12.45pm this week. We are playing St Augustine’s and St Monicas this week.
All students to ensure that they bring a hat, water bottle and sunscreen.
TCS and Peninsula Trial Information:
Anyone who wants to trial for TCS must fill in the Peninsula Paperwork before they can trial. This can be downloaded from the Sports Canvas page, or a printed copy can be collected from the leaflet box outside the Sports Office (near the Sports Mailbox).
Parents will need to fill in the Peninsula Paperwork and students are to return it to the Sports Mailbox.
The Sports Department will seek the relevant approvals.
Students can collect the Peninsula Paperwork 2 days after submission from the Sports Office at lunch.
Students will need to take this paperwork with them to the TCS trials (unless it is paper nominations). If it is paper nominations parents will need to submit via the link/QR code provided.
