It’s FINAL’s time!!
It was perfect weather for netball last weekend, and we had a very successful day with three teams progressing directly to the Grand Finals and seven teams making it through to the preliminary finals this weekend. This is an awesome result for our John XXIII Netball Club.

Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday16 September from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the Circle of Friends Cafe at the College. All parents are encouraged and welcome to come.
RSVP’s are not strictly required but it helps with booking an appropriately sized meeting space.
If you would like to raise any issues please email the Club by Monday, 9 September 2024.
Positions Vacant
The Club cannot function without the volunteers on our Committee. We are very fortunate to have an amazing group of parents who have been long-standing volunteers over the last few years, but happily, children graduate, and sadly, families move on.
We are seeking parents to fill the following volunteer roles:
- Secretary
- Equipment Officer
- Years 7 to 9 Parent Representative
- Years 2 to 6 Parent Representative
The Committee meets eight times per year in a mixture of in-person and Zoom meetings.

School Holiday Clinics
Perth Netball Association will be running clinics for primary school players again in October. These clinics are very popular and fill quickly.

Last call for discounted hoodies - sale ends on the 20 September
The Netball Club have introduced an optional netball hoodie to be worn to and from netball when cold. Please come and try your size in the Uniform shop and then order and pay online here. There is an option to have your child’s surname embroidered on the front for an extra cost. When choosing shipping option, opt for the first choice 'I will use my own courier' and the hoodie will be delivered to the Uniform Shop for free. Customers will be contacted when they arrive. Orders will take approximately three weeks to arrive in the Uniform Shop and customers will be notified when they are ready for collection.
