Mindful Movement

In Mindful Movement over the last few weeks, we have been noticing the sun and the warmer weather and using this change in seasons to start to move our bodies outside. We have also had more of a focus on teamwork and group activities, playing a range of Steiner bean bag games and using the parachute in the park. 

Steiner students continued to explore meditation and relaxation through story, using the Wurundjeri seasons calendar as inspiration to hear about the animals and plants from the local area, and how they move and develop through the seasons of change.
