Congratulations!

We are always excited and proud to hear about the achievements and ventures of St Brigid's College students out in the community!

Congratulations to Kaden T, who has made the Football Southwest Representative team for the second year in a row. He was presented with his jersey and competed in the Bendigo Cup with the U13 Boys team last weekend.

Well done to Ashling B, Maddison B and Chelsea E, who have been selected in the Wimmera Football Netball League Representative teams for 2025! We wish them all the best for their upcoming tournaments.

Tarsh G proudly represented the Horsham CFA at the recent demonstration competition and headed to the state competition last week!

Science and Engineering Challenge

Ms Ruwoldt's Year 10A Maths class recently had the exciting opportunity to participate in the Science and Engineering Challenge, hosted by the Rotary Club of Horsham East and the University of Newcastle. Students tackled hands-on science and engineering activities, including building wind turbines, designing electrical networks, and constructing load-bearing bridges. The event was a great chance for students to work together, compete against peers, problem-solve, and bring STEM concepts to life!

Harmony Day

Harmony Day was a fantastic celebration of diversity and inclusion at our College! We are proud to be part of a community where everyone belongs.

Students and staff embraced the spirit of the day by wearing orange or traditional dress, reflecting the many cultures that make up our community. A big thank you to Mr. Le from Nhill, who specially prepared delicious Vietnamese rice paper rolls for students and staff.

Project Compassion

Our Year 12 students are hosting an Easter raffle, with all proceeds going towards Caritas Australia’s Project Compassion! Thanks to the generous contributions of staff and Year 12 students, a fantastic selection of Easter eggs is up for grabs.

Get your tickets from the Front Office and help support this worthy cause! Raffle tickets will be on sale until the end of March.
