PFA update

Term 1

I hope all the kids who ordered Hot Cross Buns enjoyed them on Tuesday. Thank you so much to Asha and Natalie for all their hard work on this. It takes a lot of behind the scenes hours for something like this to happen. They had to source the buns, sort the list of children in classes*, collate the orders and deliver them to the classrooms. I really appreciate everything you both do for our school.

*It would be really helpful for future fun food days if parents could update their children's classes on the portal (you need to do this each year). Please do this before Bastille Day.*

To top off the last week of term Asha and Natalie have also lead the Easter Raffle. Asha printed and cut hundreds of raffle tickets and this week with a team of volunteers they made up bundles of prizes for the kids. I hope everyone who won a prize in our Easter Raffle was thrilled.

Term 2

We have a lot of fun events coming up in Term 2.

The first is the election sausage sizzle on May 3rd. If you can help with this event please sign up on the volunteer list.

Shortly after the BBQ is the week of Mother’s Day fun.

First up will be the breakfast held at school on 6th May. There will be muffins, croissants etc…..loads of deliciousness to celebrate our mums/carers. Then there will be the Mother’s Day Stall on 7th & 8th May where children can shop up a storm for their mums, carers, grandparents and/or aunties…..$10 a gift.

To round out the Mother’s Day fun, the Lunch will take place on Friday May 9th!
