IMPORTANT DATES:

  1. Thursday 14/11/24 – Art Attack from 3:30-6 pm
  • Remind your children to come to OSHC right after school bell for roll call. It is important to make sure that every child is counted and safe. We will organize educators to take children at the show.
  • All students from grade 1-6 are required to be at the backstage at 5pm for a 5:30pm start. Please sign out your child at the sign in/out area before you collect your child.
  • If you do not wish your child to be part of the show, please collect your child by 5pm from OSHC or email to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au 

 

Please note: if your child is on the stage – you will not be able to pick them up until 6:30pm.

 

2. End of the Year Celebration: Thursday 5/12/24

Where: OSHC

Time: from 4 to 6PM

 

Come for a fun afternoon at OSHC to celebrate the End of Year with sausage sizzle (vegetarian and halal options).

We are looking for any volunteers to help out with sausage sizzle.

 

3. All Day OSHC on Monday 9/12/24

OSHC will offer All Day OSHC for the student free day. If you need care please make a request booking through your Xplor Home app or send an email to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au

Operating hours from 7:30am -6pm

Cost: $85 before CCS

Breakfast and afternoon tea is included

IMPORTANT NOTES:

 

  1. Bookings for 2025 now open:

If your child is already enrolled in OSHC, do not create another enrolment. However, if you need a permanent booking for 2025, you need to email to oshc.brunswick.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au the days and the sessions (Before or After School Care) that you may need.

2. School Holiday Program:

Just a reminder that our next school holiday program will be in April 2025.

BNWPS OSHC will not run a school holiday program during summer 2025.

 

3. Accounts/Statement  - CCS

Please check your statement regularly. Make sure that your CCS is applied and your direct debit transactions are going through successfully (insufficient funds or change of credit card details, i.e. expiring date).

  • Jacob’s Reserve/ Duston’s Reserve Outings on Tuesdays – New permission forms for Term 4 need to be signed. Please ask educators when you sign in/out your children
