Beach Trip Writing

Beach Day by Anatole 2K

We went to the amazing beach on Sunday. The sand was as warm as a rug. The sun was melting hot. We put down our cozy rugs and slept.

Then, suddenly humongous, big waves splashed us with water. Next, we swam in the freezing ocean. It was terrifying 

Then we ate some delicious, strawberry jam and peanut butter sandwiches. The seagulls, flying high above us.

We made a sandcastle with shiny shells and rocks. After the heart pumping and brilliant day, it was finally time to go home and have some alone time.

We went to Port Melbourne beach over the weekend with some friends. It was boiling but majestic! At the start, we waited for everyone, so to kill time we decided to play in the sand.

Then, at the speed of light, we went into the water, even better, we brought our snorkels so we could see and breathe underwater! There were extraordinary sightings! First a school of fish, then when we were at the pier, we saw octopuses! 

They were huge! When we thought it couldn’t get any better, we saw a jellyfish! But we were all very hungry, so we all had a delicious meal! I had watermelons and yum cookies!

We all agreed to go surfing next and extreme waves & and built a sandcastle. Then we all left.

Last Sunday we went to the beach. It was boiling there. The sand was hot against us. We put down the colourful towels. The waves were small but they were nice and the water was cold. 

We swam in the water for about half an hour! By the time we had finished we were famished. We had some delicious ham and cheese and lettuce sandwiches for lunch. The incredible seagulls soared around us as we ate.

We made a magnificent incredible sand castle. But then we had to go home I was sad to leave

The day we could never forget by Vanshika 2K

Last weekend, on a nice sunny and a blissful day, me and my family went to the beach next to my favourite playground.

Dazzling seagulls flew all around us, circling us in a line around our picnic mat. One of the baby seagulls even came and sat on my shoulder.

Just before lunch, my sister and I decided to go for a swim in the cold and shiny water. The Water was illuminating, especially in front of the sun.

Me and all of my friends and family worked very hard on making a sand castle as big as a mountain with windows as tiny as an ant.

For lunch,we had sandwiches full of cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. They were delicious!!

It was a trip  we could never forget!!!!

One Bright sunny morning I woke up in a peaceful way. Ready to go to the beach. I was going to go with my bestie, Maya. I quickly called her to ask her if she was ready. I told her to come over to get the Uber. I ordered it. So I carefully went to my cupboard to get my towels and my swimsuit. She got to my house just in time because the Uber just got here. We got in the car and got to the beach where we wanted to go. We put our towels down on the sand and we went in the water. There were some seagulls around us and they were going around in circles. They were also splashing water down below. We swam for a bit longer and then we got out and had sandwiches for lunch. Then we carefully walked back to the sand. Then we built a sandcastle, it was beautiful. It looked fabulous, gorgeous and much more! We called a different Uber and we went back home. Then… we saw a lovely box of chocolates at the door but there was no note. We will never know who put them there.
