Happy Hub

Wellbeing Snapshot
Our special whole-school Wellbeing Afternoon was a wonderful celebration of kindness, connection, and self-care! Students enjoyed activities such as creating compliment posters, designing a “trust hand,” mindful colouring, GoNoodle dances, Cosmic Yoga, and many more.
These activities reminded us of the importance of looking after our wellbeing. Taking time to care for ourselves and support others helps us feel happier, calmer, and more connected as a school community. Small actions, like sharing a compliment or practising mindfulness, can make a big difference in building a positive and caring environment.
What was your favourite activity from the afternoon? Let’s keep spreading the wellbeing vibes every day!
Hi BPS
We have really enjoyed being your Wellbeing Captains for 2024. Thank you for keeping the BPS Wellbeing community strong and for supporting us throughout this year with all of our events. We have really loved organising wellbeing events for you and hope you understand more about the importance of Wellbeing.
We wish you a happy and safe holiday with your families and hope that you continue practising these wellbeing strategies. Remember GEM (Gratitude, Empathy & Mindfulness). Thanks.
The Wellbeing Team,
