Principal for the Day Reports

It was fun walking into the staffroom dressed in my tie and jacket, I felt like a teacher! I also enjoyed giving out principal awards to the students. I didn't realize how many meetings Mr Cooper has each day; he is very busy! Walking into my classroom and all the students saying 'Goodmorning Mr Sylvester' was so cool. Sonny and I are so happy to have helped raise funds for the school and look forward to seeing the new playground. -Joss S (5A) 

The chocolate milkshake at Mr Brightside was the best, I enjoyed walking to each classroom doing a Maintenace check and chilling in the Staff room with Mr Reily. Having lunch with mr Cooper in his office was pretty cool. I'm looking forward to playing on the new playground. - Sonny S (1C)

I really enjoyed being principal for the day. Mr Cooper took us to Mr Brightside and we got a milkshake, I got to make an announcement that all the teachers had to do the chicken dance and another announcement that there was a dance party and everyone in the school had to ‘move it move it. 

I also got to help Mr Cooper with ideas about what needs improvement in the school grounds. 

It was a great day and it was hard to come back to school the next day as a student again. - Zac B (1A)
