Parent Workshop Series (the 'Optimal Relationship Approach')

A three-part series on Monday 4th, 11th and 18th of November from 6:30pm-8:30pm at our Balwyn North clinic

The ‘Optimal Relationship Approach' (ORA) is an evidence-informed program developed by Dr Kate Renshaw. ORA teaches parents/carers 8 relationship-based skills to support positive parenting experiences and overall family wellbeing. This 3-part series supports parents/carers to feel more confident in their parenting, to strengthen their relationship with their child and to promote positive mental health and wellbeing for the whole family. ORA is delivered by experienced Child Play Therapists who are TORA Certified. The workshops explore how the brain works, how to make sense of big behaviours and the importance of relationships.
