2024 - New Staff

Carrie Kudelka

Hi I am Carrie Kudelka.  I am excited to join OLGC community this year and to be working with the 5/6 team. Previously, I taught in a number of different schools, with students of all ages and stages. I am very passionate about teaching and aim to create a safe and welcoming space for all students to learn. I enjoy playing tennis and in my spare time I love reading and going to the beach with my friends and family. I look forward to the year ahead and getting to know the students, staff and families of OLGC.

Rachel McMahon

Hello, I'm Rachel McMahon.  I'll be in the 3/4KM classroom on Thursdays and Fridays. For the past two years I have been teaching Digital Technology at a Private Girls school and prior to that over 15 years in various IT roles, so I bring diverse experience to the classroom.

Outside teaching, my two children keep me busy, where you’ll often find me at the basketball stadium. I enjoy Pilates, cooking, travelling, and having a laugh with friends.

I am excited to get to know the students of 3/4KM and support their growth in 2024.

Georgia Zapris

My name is Georgia Zapris and I am so happy to be working at OLGC this year. I am particularly excited about returning to the school after having completed my placement here.

I have already had a wonderful start to the year working with the students. It has been lovely to see some familiar faces and also meet many new ones.  Some of my favourite activities include travelling and exploring new places, cooking, as well as taking our dog Plato for long walks in the park.

I am grateful to be part of the OLGC community this year                                                                  and be able to  contribute to some wonderful opportunities.

Liz Rodrigues Guthrie

Hi my name is Liz and I am new to OLGC this year working as part of Learning Support Officer Team.  I'm very interested in supporting Neurodiverse learners to achieve their best.  I am a mother of three girls, two of whom are Neurodiverse, so I have some real life experience in this field.

I have previously worked at St Luke the Evangelist in Blackburn South as an LSO and I am excited to be working at OLGC this year.
