I felt happy because I enjoyed my time talking, working together and learning... I think I did well at the dance part I made with my friends, by working cooperatively with them and being energetic.
Ashnoor 7I
We watched people perform on weird, unique and unusual instruments that you wouldn’t see in the average music industry. Examples included Oink-a-phone (with a whole heap of squishy rubber pigs made into a type of piano), 3D printed drums, a cardboard box, Boomwackers (hollow plastic tube) and the human body. It was fun, interesting, engaging and amazing!
Thank you to the teachers for organising this fun incursion!
From 8A
At the Kaboom Percussion incursion, 8A, 8B, 8C and 8D lined up outside waiting for the program to start. When we came in we saw two people in red shirts starting to play on the bucket drums. They then talked us through different percussion instruments and ways to play music at home.
