Student of the Month

June

As part of our acknowledgement of students who are representing our College Values, we will be presenting Student of the Month awards to students we believe have best represented the values during each month.

 

7A- Faith Latu

"Faith has been actively participating in class discussions and had shared many insightful views and thoughts with her classmates. Throughout the term, Faith has taken great pride over her work and continues to work diligently along side her peers in Humanities."

 

7B- Ezzah Faisal Magsi

"Ezzah has shown a lot of improvement in her effort and persistence when working in English and is actively seeking feedback and applying the feedback to improve her work. She always comes prepared for class and is participating more in class discussions."

 

7C- Lucy Pamplona

"Lucy consistently puts great effort into learning Chinese. She is always respectful and kind to her classmates. It’s wonderful to see her willing to help others, especially when they are preparing for their assessment presentations. Well done, Lucy!"

 

7D- Rahma Nurhussen

"Rahma is always punctual to class and is always early for mentor group. She comes in with a huge smile and during class she tries to complete all her activities.

Rahma always does her work with a smile. She is always happy to accept a challenge in Maths and gives it 100%. She improved in her ability to apply concepts taught in class."  

7E- Sameeha Iqbal

"Sameeha is a respectful member of our class. She always gives her best efforts, whilst also supporting others to do their best.  Semeeha is always quiet and respectful in class. She is kind to her friends and gentle towards those who need help. She sets high expectations for herself and stays motivated, always striving to do her best."

7F- Braith Bamford

"Braith is always kind, helpful, and engaged in his learning. He approaches tasks with enthusiasm, supports his classmates, and contributes positively to the classroom environment through his friendly and considerate nature consistently."

 

 

7G- Ryan Tandon

"Ryan has shown a huge improvement in his confidence towards his learning. He has consistently shown a dedication to wanting to improve in English and has taken on feedback well in this unit to achieve higher standards than the previous term. He is always very respectful towards his peers and stays focused during lessons." 

7H- Kyle Catoy

"Kyle is a very respectful member of 7H. He listens to his peers contributions, follows teacher instructions, and cooperates happily with anyone in the class. He is a great role model for his peers."

 

 

7I- Nishad Kethan

"Nishad is a respectful member of our class who consistently uses his wisdom to support his peers. Whether it is in the classroom or in the gym, Nishad aspires to achieve his personal best."

 

 

7J- Muhammad Mehdi

"Muhammad has a caring attitude towards his peers. He is very respectful and listens to all the instructions."

 

 

 

 

7K- Ayoub Abu-Rizeq

"Ayoub is the quiet achiever in class. He is well behaved, and he is always the first one to complete his tasks. Always willing to assist others in class. He is well respected in the class."

 

 

 

 

 

8A- Enock Mushagalusa

"Enock has progressed well in collaborative activities during Humanities. Communicating and working alongside his peers, Enock continues to demonstrate great academic potential during class activities. Keep up the good work."

 

 

8B- Matthew Salim

"Matthew is always respectful to staff and kind to his peers. He often helps others, like holding doors open and supporting those in need. He shows great effort in his learning, even when his finger was too swollen to write. It’s great to see him quickly catching up with his studies once he got better."

 

8C- Saachi Patel

"Saachi always sets high expections for her learning in the classroom. She will proactively seek further feedback from the teacher to improve her work. The level of dedication and effort Saachi demonstrates in her learning is exceptional."

 

 

8D- Nguyen Tran

"Nguyen has shown significant improvement since his first day at Brinbeal Secondary College. He consistently demonstrates a polite and respectful attitude towards both his peers and teachers. Nguyen has shown a growing willingness to engage in his learning and improve his study habits. 

In MacqLit, Nguyen has grown incredibly confident and has improved with his reading and writing skills. Nguyen always comes to MacqLit with a smile, is extremely polite and is always determined to do his best. Nguyen will ask questions when unsure and his ability to assist his fellow students in class is amazing. He is consistently punctual and  courteous. Nguyen should be extremely proud of himself." 

8E- Hiya Elangovan Arun

"Hiya consistently completes her work to a high standard and shows a genuine curiosity for learning. She takes initiative in seeking out new knowledge and always strives to do her best."

 

 

 

8F- Rayan Mohammed

"Rayan is a positive member of our class. He frequently contributess to class discussions and supports his peers to stay on task. In PE, he is a team player who tries his best and encourages others to do so as well."

 

 

8G- Agam Khubber

"Agam has been putting in great effort in Mathematics, working hard to complete all assigned tasks. Her commitment is paying off, she’s shown clear improvement and a growing confidence in the subject. A fantastic display of persistence and progress."

 

 

8H- Jasmeen Sidhu

"Jasmeen embodies all the qualities we value — she is hardworking, kind, respectful, and always willing to help others. She shows great enthusiasm for learning, seeks out new knowledge, and supports her classmates with care and positivity."

 

8I- Prabhnoor Singh

"Prabhnoor demonstrates great leadership both in class and out of the classroom, demonstrating personal growth, hard work ethic, respectful towards the student cohort and teachers at all times, Prabnoor is always trying to work towards personal growth and is very selfless always looking to help others."
