Our recent athletics carnival was a resounding success, marked by enthusiastic participation and the vibrant display of house spirit. Students from Years 2-6 joined in the fun, showcasing their athletic abilities and team spirit. The event was a perfect blend of competitive fervor and fun-filled activities, ensuring there was something for everyone. We even had our K-1 students visit for the all exciting March Past event.
The carnival featured a variety of events, from traditional track and field competitions to engaging, fun-based activities that encouraged all students to participate. Whether running, jumping, or throwing, every student had an opportunity to shine and contribute to their house's efforts.
The house spirit was unmistakable throughout the day. Cheers, chants, and vibrant house colours filled the air, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and collective pride. It was heartening to see students support one another, celebrating every achievement, big or small.
Congratulations to all participants. Your hard work and enthusiasm made this carnival truly special.

On Monday 13 May, five o students from the Junior School trialed at HICES Hockey in Sydney.
The day involved multiple games of hockey in various playing positions and teams. Here, students were exposed to competitive hockey that also fostered greater awareness of game sense, teamwork and skill development.
All students played extremely well. We would like to congratulate Hugh McDoull on his selection into the CIS Hockey Team.
Students: Hugh McDouall (Year 6), Digby McGee (Year 5), Willa Dunlop (Year 5), Pip Clinton (Year 5) and Emmie Lawrie (Year 5)
