Seussical Jr production is next month!

Theatre Working bee

This Saturday 9-12noon we will be meeting to prepare our theatre for showtime!

3 P goals for Saturday:

Painting props - bring a wide paint brush if you have one

Preparing the theatre - a few vacuum cleaners would be handy

Problem solving a few things - bring some tools along if you are handy

Please come for however long you can :o)

Seussical t-shirts can now be worn on both TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS which are both rehearsal days. This helps kids remember to come to theatre at lunchtime for rehearsals, as well as promoting the show ;) Normal school uniform still applies outside of the t-shirt.

In Class: TALENT SHOW NEXT WEEK!

Our Annual Performing Arts Talent show is happening on 20 + 22 May in Performing Arts classes. This allows children to share a snapshot of their musical, drama and dance talents from extra-curricular activities and interests in a performance to peers in class. If children have a song from piano lessons or a dance they are learning in calisthenics, as well as home choreography or Magic show etc performances they are welcome to share. I would appreciate your support in helping remember any music books, instruments or costumes to bring on their class day. I will have keyboards, percussion instruments, and spotify/youtube music available for students.

Tues May 20th : Grade 2-6 classes

Thursday May 21st: Prep and Grade 1 classes
