Mon 5th May – Japanese Children’s Day – students will be participating in various activities linked to this event throughout the week.

 

Tues 6th May – Grade 3-6 Cross Country – All parent helpers welcome, please see Josh Ancrum on arrival.  

 

Wed 7th May – Mother’s Day celebrations – P-2 and Grade 6 parents invited in for a classroom celebration. 

P-1 8:45-9:30am

Grade 2 and 6 3-3:45pm. 

 

Thurs 8th May – Students in Grades 1-6 will be participating in an incursion with Calm at the Forefront – a further opportunity to learn about inclusion and respecting differences.

Education Week Program Week 4

Tues 13/Wed 14 – Kinder afternoon – we are excited to welcome kindergarten educators to visit Prep and Grade 1 to re-connect with their former students. An opportunity to thank these early education teachers for all they have done to prepare our students for school.

 

Wed 14 – Open Classrooms

9-10am Grade 1-2 – parents invited to participate in a PhOrMeS lesson (systematic synthetic phonics lesson) with their child. 

2:30-3:30pm Grade 3-6 – parents invited to participate in Enrichment@BBPS with your child. 

 

Friday 16 – Prep Open Classrooms

9.00-10.00am – Parents are invited to join morning routine and maths fluency tasks

 

Three Way Conferences Week 8

Tuesday 10th June 2:30-5:30pm – Conference calendar will be shared ahead of these meetings, an opportunity to discuss strengths and areas of future focus between class teacher, student and parent.
