Principal's Report

Dear Parents and Carers,

Congratulations to out Prep students who celebrated 101 days of school in style on Monday.  They had a special presentation in assembly as well as activities throughout the day to celebrate the occasion.  My thanks to Mrs Kathryn Ady, Mrs Emily Thorley and Miss Stephanie Murnane for all of the preparation work that went into making the day so memorable for our Prep students and families.  Thanks also to our hard working Learning Support Officers who also assist our students every day in the classrooms and on the playground.

School Production

Please see further in this newsletter regarding information and updates about our whole school production in Term 4.

Bike Ed Training

Year 4 Bike Ed Training started this week with some very excited Year 4 students learning many news skills to keep them safe whilst riding their bikes. My thanks to the Year 4 Staff for their support of this new initiative.  In particular I would like to thank Mr Matt Hale and Mr Colin Edwards who have been teaching the students out on our playground this week.

Traffic reminder

Just a reminder to all of our families to be respectful of our neighbours when picking up, and dropping off children at the school, and to observe all parking restrictions in the area.  It is very important that we set a high standard of behaviour for our children to follow.

Sex Education

Our online family sex education session are on this evening with our presenter Sue Pain.  The Year 3 & 4 session starts at 6pm and the Year 5 & 6 session starts at 7:15pm.  The meeting links were shared yesterday via Audiri and will be sent out again today.  Please note there is no cost for families for these sessions.
