Time to Volunteer

FPS’s signature event – ART FOR ALL – is on this term from Friday 6 – Sunday 8 September. It includes a Gallery, cafe, shop and of course a fun-filled Sunday with art activities, rides and more!

It’s run by PARENT POWER - we couldn’t put on an amazing community event without our amazing community!

There’s loads of great jobs so please check out the link and sign up for a two-hour slot any time over the weekend.

East Ivanhoe Bendigo Bank Sponsorship

East Ivanhoe Bendigo Bank returns as ART FOR ALL sponsor

We are thrilled that East Ivanhoe Bendigo Bank is continuing their support for Fairfield Primary School this year, with a $4,400 cash sponsorship of ART FOR ALL.

This makes it possible for us to run a unique and fun-filled family event, support local artists and raise more money for school resources in turn.

The partnership between East Ivanhoe Bendigo Bank and FPS has run for many years, and this year’s contribution brings the total amount of financial support we’ve received to a huge $71,580.

Furthermore, East Ivanhoe Bendigo Bank would like to thank the school community for their support with personal banking at their branch.

ART FOR ALL Is a Green Event!

For over a decade, ART FOR ALL has been committed to minimising waste and improving our sustainability practices. This year, we’re excited to continue our green efforts:

  • Wash Stations: To avoid single-use packaging, we’ll have wash stations in place.
  • Recycling and Composting: Recycling and compost bins will be readily available to manage waste effectively.
  • Can Donations: Cans will be sent to the Container Deposit Scheme (CDS), with proceeds now supporting Fairfield Primary School!
  • Recycled Materials: Our art workshops will use recycled materials—stay tuned for donation requests in the coming weeks.
  • Eco-Friendly Packing: All packing materials for the gallery shop are environmentally friendly.

Additionally, the Eco Club will have a stand featuring eco-friendly products inspired by their excursions to the Kew High School Eco Summit. They will also be showcasing some of our waste initiatives at Fairfield Primary School.

Fairfield Primary School continues to lead the way in sustainability, proving that with effort and planning, a greener future is not only possible but essential. Our kids are already living this future, and together, we’re making a meaningful impact!
