Book Week Parade

CBCA's National Book Week is approaching, and Newlands is gearing up for our Book Week Parade on Friday the 23rd of August. This year's theme is "Leer es Mágico" - Reading is Magic. Students and teachers will dress up as their favourite book characters, and we are so excited to see all of the amazing costumes kids and adults are crafting up. 

There will be prizes awarded for four different categories: Most Creative, Most Realistic, Most Sustainable, and Miscellaneous. The costume doesn't have to match with the theme, any book characters are welcome!
