Nude Food

Nude Food is food without excess packaging. This means food that is not processed, often making it a healthier and more environmentally friendly option. BEPS is working towards improving the school’s recycling, and reducing waste going to landfill.

Try to pack: A Waste-Less Lunchbox

Snacks & drinks in reusable containers. This includes zip lock bags which can be washed and reused many times
Reusable utensils when needed
A reusable lunchbox or backpack

Avoid: A Disposable Lunchbox

Lunches packed in plastic bags or cling wrap, foil or wax paper that cannot be reused
Disposable forks and spoons
Pre-packaged single-serve snack items

Please continue to support your children, the BEPS community and every class by bringing food without excess packaging. Food can be placed in reusable containers.
