Wellbeing Supports for Families
Over the holidays, or at any time, if parents/carers are in need of some further support with how to handle tricky parenting issues that arise, there are many parenting supports out there. Some are “live” or in person sessions, which may not always be suitable or easy for parents to get to. Below are some links to recordings or on-demand resources that may be of assistance that you can access at a time that suits you.
Triple P Parenting offer resources and fact sheets, as well as free self-paced programs for parents to build skills in supporting their children or handling tricky parenting situations.

Our local councils also have a host of resources, they often run parenting webinars such as Tuning into Kids and Tuning into Teens (usually earlier in the year, each year). But Whitehorse and Monash Councils also have a variety of activities on during the holidays, if you are after something different to entertain the children!
