When and more info: Camp Seek is a STEM focussed learning and immersion program for Year 9 and 10 girls and non-binary young people (aged 14 – 16 years) taking place during the September school holidays. Participants will spend four days at SEEK HQ in Melbourne.
Participants will learn from subject matter experts about their career journeys in tech, develop their coding, learn about real-world problem solving and put it all to use in a Create-a-Thon project with fellow Camp SEEKers. This webinar provides potential recruits with great information on how to manage the process, even if they are interested in doing the process on their own and will discuss many aspects of this journey and all of the various pathways that can be taken after graduation, including university, pro pathways, and careers in the sport industry and much more.
We have recently expanded our offerings to not only include our full service packages (for any budget), but also have a new DIY kit that is $99 USD, which includes a free pre-assessment with example universities for those to manage the process on their own. As former educators, mentors and coaches, our goal with Ethos Sports and Education was always to empower young people and provide the tools for a successful recruiting process.

Students can choose between two programs, Sitting and Services, and placements are open to students in Victorian schools who are residents of Victoria, and are 15 years or over at the time of the placement. We endeavour to choose students from a mixture of government, independent, and Catholic schools, from metropolitan and regional areas, and of all gender identities.
Parliamentary Sitting placements provide the opportunity to see the law-making process up close. Students will go behind the scenes with the staff who directly support Parliament sittings, to get a deeper understanding of our democratic processes.
Parliamentary Services placements offer a variety of opportunities that can be matched with a broad range of student interests and career goals, including business operations, facilities management and maintenance, broadcast (Hansard), and hospitality (kitchen).

SWOT Week is a biannual VCE revision program run by the Student Welfare Outreach Program (SWOT) at the University of Melbourne with the aim of providing opportunities for VCE Unit 3/4 students from underrepresented schools in Victoria.
The interactive session will complement your studies, providing you with resources and guidance from top VCE graduates. This is also a chance for you to experience university life and meet peers from around Victoria. A full description of each of the sessions is provided in the lesson summary document.
