Wellbeing

We have invited an organisation called Dolly’s Dream to run a parent and caregiver session at school!

Dolly’s Dream is a nationally recognised organisation dedicated to addressing bullying through education and awareness. Their workshops provide practical strategies to empower young people, educators, and families to foster kindness, respect, and resilience in our school community and beyond.

The parent and caregiver session will be held at school, in the hall, at 5.30pm on the 27th of March and will run for 1 hour

We encourage all families with children of all ages to take part in this important initiative and join us in reinforcing the message that everyone has a role to play in creating a culture of kindness and inclusion!

Please RSVP for the parent and caregiver session through the link on Compass. Look forward to seeing you there 😊

BSPS celebrated International Women’s Day in style last Friday! Pop by our display in the foyer to read the notes of gratitude the students have written for the amazing women in their lives! The Inclusion Action Team did a fabulous job organising this day and visiting all the classes to share information and education about why we celebrate this day and the importance of equality and inclusion

Harmony Day! 21st of March. BSPS will be celebrating one of our favourite days by inviting students to wear as much orange as they can find, eating our lunches together outside, encouraging our students to bring food in their lunchboxes that is significant or special to them, maybe a passed down family recipe, maybe a dish from their culture or maybe a dish they love to eat from another culture! We will be learning about Harmony Day, diversity, and celebrating our similarities and differences during Social Emotional Learning throughout the week next week!
