For those parents who frequently make purchase from the canteen, there’s new top-up option available from School24. Please find the detailed information below.

Party Packages

Party Packages

Party Package is a new service that allows families to pre-order items for class parties or birthdays. In the past, some families have requested that the canteen provide popcorn, juices, or snacks for their children’s celebrations. We are happy to lighten the pressure on families to prepare goody bags while enhancing our service to students and the community.

For the Party Package, there is a minimum order of 20 pieces per item, and orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance to allow sufficient preparation time. Party packages will be delivered at lunch time with lunch orders directly to the classroom. Orders can be placed via School24.

Special Notes:

Currently, you can choose from one of the following options in the Party Package:

• Frozen juice cup (mixed flavour)
• Ice cream
• Delite mix (variety of colours)
• Mamee noodles (mixed flavour)

If you have concerns about specific food allergies, please discuss this with your teachers before placing your order.

Additionally, feedback from our teachers indicates that ice cream can easily melt on warm days. Please consider this when placing your order, and we recommend discussing your party plans and timing with your teachers to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Volunteering in the Canteen

It’s thrilling to see that new volunteers have signed up. Thank you Yingrui, Pip, Pearl, Qiong, Brigid, Robyn, Pauline and Aliya for signing up to help out in the canteen. Please remember to fill the Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to volunteering if you are new volunteer. This is a one-time off document that should be filled and signed at the school office.

If you’re unable to commit to the times listed above, feel free to write your preferred time in the space provided on the sign up form and inform the canteen staff when you arrive.
