Year Four - Spotlight on Learning

Jericho Community

Dear Families,

Students are now over the halfway mark and they have been active in their learning and growing their understanding across the curriculum. It has been great to see students embrace challenges within their learning and turn it into an opportunity to improve.

All Year Four classes began a new daily addition to the morning routine that consists of students filling in a 'morning check-in' Google form to inform their teacher about how they are feeling, what breakfast they are having and how much they are sleeping. Students can share whether they are feeling safe at school and at home, and if there is anything they may need to talk about. This is to ensure that all students feel safe and are ready to learn.

Next week we are learning about...

Religious Education Focus

Students will be learning about Caritas and how it upholds the dignity of the human person. They will also delve into the values that make a community special such as respect, inclusion and love.
