News from the Deputy Principal

PSG Meetings
Thankyou to all the families who attended the PSG meetings this week. If you did not attend a meeting for your child who is part of the NCCD funding, please make contact with your child's teacher to organise a meeting for either next week or in week 1 or 2 in Term 2.
Parents and Friends (P&F)
Thank you to all of the families who donated Easter Egg items in support of our P&F Easter raffle. Thank you also to Laura Van der Vlugt, Amy Ireland and Lyndal Lawrie, who put together the raffle prizes this week. There are 16 prizes in total to be won.
The Raffle draw is still open until Tuesday next week with raffle tickets purchased via the link on Facebook, this newsletter, email and at the office.
If you would like to join the P&F there will be a meeting early next term to discuss the upcoming events (Date TBA). We welcome any St Joseph's parents who are willing to give up a few hours of their time each term to assist with events. With the support of the P&F, St Joseph's has purchased everything from extra literacy resources, sandpit toys, the Gaga Pit and exciting treats such as a visit from the ice-cream truck. Once the school master plan has been completed, proceeds will also go towards the construction of a new playground. With the proceeds from this raffle, the P&F are looking to have a whole school outing/activity at the end of the year, which will be very exciting.
Please go to the Easter Raffle Page in this newsletter and follow the link to purchase tickets in the Easter Raffle.
As the term draws to a close, thank you to all our families for their support this term. We look forward to working closely with you next term and wish you all a safe and happy Easter.
