School Swimming Program
School Swimming Program for all grades will run from Monday October 13th to Friday 17th October. Students will participate in a 45 minute swimming lesson each day of this week at Aquamoves.
This year, the Department provided additional funding towards the Swimming in Schools program which has helped keep the costs down. The cost per student for the week including bus, entry and instruction will be $50 per student. This forms part of the user-pays section of the Parent Payment Arrangement. SSB or CSEF can be used towards this excursion.
If your child would like to participate, we will need final numbers by 19th September. Please approve to confirm their intention to participate on Xuno.
Payment can be made before Wednesday 8th October for those with no SSB/CSEF on their family account.

Whole School Excursion
Our whole school excursion this year will be on the 10th October to the Port of Echuca. Students will participate in an Echuca School Workshop including TwistED Science and playground, Guided tour, paddlesteamer ride. The cost of the excursion will be $70 per student which includes all entries, activities and the bus. School Savings Bonus or CSEF can be used towards this excursion.
Please approve on Xuno. Families with SSB balances will automatically have this used against this excursion unless specifically asked to save for camp, or other arrangements.
Parents are welcome to attend for the day at a fee of $45 and can to travel on the bus.
Grade 5/6 Camp to Canberra
As a part of our camp program Grade 5/6 students will be attending Canberra this year. The camp is for 5 days and 4 nights and includes all transport, accomodation, activities and food.
The itinerary will include visits to Parliament House, The National Archive Museum (See the Past, Be the Future), Canberra's National Museum (Meet the People), The Australian Botanical Gardens (Budding Botanist Program), Museum of Australian Democracy (People, Power and Making Change), 2 visits to The Australian Intsitute of Sport (Sportex tour as well as evening swim), ANZAC parade, The National Art Gallery (stories of Australian Art), The National Electoral Education Centre, The Royal Australian Mint, Questacon, The National Portrait Gallery, The Canberra Arboretum and The Australian War Memorial.
Our hot dog fundraising days were successful in contributing some savings for students. After final calculations, the cost of camp will be $700 per student. We understand this is a busy time of year so wanted to give as much notice as possible.
If you would like to pay off in instalments, please use the BPAY or Direct Deposit details on your family statement and payments will be marked off against Xuno balance.
