International Program- Looking for Homestay Hosts

Term four we welcomed three new international students to WHSC.  They are Baohan (Year 8), Binghe (Year 8), and Jincan (Olivia, Year 9). 

The International Student Program (ISP) is a crucial part of Wheelers Hills’ Diversity and inclusive culture. WHSC is enriched with as well as financially benefited from the ISP program. 

As our international student number is growing after COVID-19, we are looking for more homestay hosts among our communities to home some of our international students.  

So if you have a spare bedroom at home and would like to welcome a student from a different country and help him assimilate into Australia and into our school life, please contact our international student coordinator, jane.xing@education.vic.gov.au.
