Grade 5/6 News
On our first day back from term holidays, grade 5/6B spent time on social and emotional learning. In a game called ‘Save the Canister’ students needed to talk strategy and cheer each other on while trying to retrieve a jar full of blocks with nothing more than a ruler and elastic bands within a two-minute time frame. All groups were able to succeed leaving a positive learning climate for the remainder of the day.
