Boarding Recreation - Mr Blair Whitlock

The final weekend of term was a quiet one with many boys heading out on leave. Friday started off with a boarders arvo feast before Touch Footy and games in the gym to burn off some energy ahead of the Broncos' big game against the Storm. It was great to see the Broncos, Lions, and Wallabies all getting big wins over the weekend!

The Hive assembled for one last time on the trek over to Banyo for the 1st XIII Rugby League team's final match against St Edmund's College. It was a hot day and the boys dominated Eddie's to finish the season on a high note. Later that evening we headed over to Iceworld in Boondall for a shred alongside some other boarding schools. It's a nice way for the boys to catch up with friends and a great opportunity to plan activities for the following term. A trip up to Mooloolaba rounded out the weekend and there was a very tired group of boys on the drive home!
