Hello and welcome to our newsletter item for this week. 

SAVE THE DATE!!

Take Home Reading Program and Parent Helpers Information Session, Foundation to Year 2 families - MARCH 6th, 9:15-10:30am in our SAC Building 

We would like to invite parents and carers of our Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 students to attend an information session on Friday, 6th March at 9:15am-10:30am. 

During this session we will discuss: 

• The evidence and research that has informed the Victorian Teaching and Learning   Model and the Phonics Plus Program, which is implemented across Foundation to Year 2 
• Our Take Home Reading Program and how you can help your child with reading at home 
• The what and the how related to helping in your child's classroom 

The presentation will go for around 30 minutes. We would love to have attendees join us afterwards for a drink and morning tea. 

We will send a Compass Newsfeed closer to the date with RSVP details.

Please note: This presentation will be recorded and shared with the parent and carer community via Compass after the presentation.
