Your P&C - Fostering cooperation and engagement between parents/carers and school.

Dear Parents and Carers,

I would like to extend a big thank you to our 2026 P&C office bearers, parents from our community, and members of the school executive team, Mr. Jones and Ms. Silipo, who joined our first P&C monthly meeting of 2026.

A special mention goes to our parent volunteer, William Latham, who officially took up the CPS P&C Treasurer role during the meeting. He will work closely with our Acting Treasurer, Pearl Chan, over the next few weeks to transition P&C financial operations. As many of you know, Pearl has volunteered with the CPS P&C for over eight years, spending the majority of that time as the P&C’s financial lead, overseeing daily operations and modernising our processes. The Chatswood Public School community has been incredibly fortunate to have her dedication and expertise. I am very confident that, in this final chapter of her service as a P&C executive member, she will ensure a smooth and successful handover to William.

 The P&C will continue working closely with our community and CPS throughout 2026.
