School Fees & Student Levies

The fees and levies for the 2025 school year have been set. Our goal is to provide educational resources and facilities that allow students to learn and thrive.

When setting fees and levies, careful consideration is given to the school’s ongoing operating expenses and financial obligations. The increase for 2025 has been kept to a minimum to ensure affordability for families.

We are in the process of finalising detailed fee and levy information for 2025. This will be sent to families via email by the end of next week.

Fee Concessions

Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) is pleased to inform families of primary school students who hold a valid Health Care Card (HCC) they will be eligible for a significant reduction in school fees and levies for the upcoming year.

The reduction will be applied to school fee accounts once the school receives a copy of a valid HCC, a completed Camps, Sports & Excursion Fund (CSEF) application form and direct debit payment arrangement

We understand that many families have varying circumstances and in response to the rising cost of living expenses, we are committed to supporting those who need additional assistance.  Please be assured that this support is provided to ensure all students have the opportunity to thrive in our school community.

Families experiencing financial difficulties who are not holders of a HHC may also be eligible for a fee concession.  In this case, an application is required with information to be provided to enable a fair and equitable assessment of eligibility for and level of fee concession.

Further details will be provided about fee concessions with the email to be sent out next week.

Current Payment Arrangements

If you have a payment arrangement currently in place you will be contacted in the coming weeks to arrange a meeting with the Principal to discuss payment for 2025.

Next week, please keep an eye on your inbox for the 2025 School Fee and Levy information.  If you have any questions, please let us know.

PSW Online Ordering

Ordering our uniform online is very simple:

https://www.psw.com.au/schools/st-thereses-primary-school.html

The school office stocks uniforms in all sizes. If you need to do a size check before ordering online, you can do so at the school office. However, only hats can be purchased from the office (correct cash or EFTPOS).

SCHOOL HATS: St Therese's is a SunSmart School with a 'no hat, no play' policy.

Please check that your child has a hat and get creative on how to label it for identification. We have students come every day wanting to borrow hats but our supply is now depleted.

St Therese's Cookbook - $10

The St Therese's Cookbook is a recipe book that celebrates our school, families, and unique community.

You can purchase a cookbook for $10 from the school office.
