Dear Parents/Carers,

PSSA Regional Athletics Carnival

Congratulations to those students who are through to the next round of competition at the Regional Athletics Carnival to be held at the Tamworth Regional Athletics Centre in Tamworth on Wednesday, 3rd September. We are fortunate to have some very talented students in the track and field events, and we wish you the best of luck in the next round of competition.  Notes to compete in this event have been sent home and we need them to be sent back to school ASAP for registration.

Small Schools Soccer Knockout

Congratulations to our soccer team who played a great game against Almara Public School.  Once again Almara proved to be too good to beat this time, but we are very proud of our team for their time and dedication in practicing during breaks and representing Werris Creek Public School with pride and respect.  Our team this year has achieved the goal of making it through to the third round of competition which is amazing. Almara Public School, we wish you all the best for the rest of the competition.  

Please note that Parents/Carers are responsible for transporting their child to and from this event. 

If your child is in Years 5 and 6 and has an interest in participating in any PSSA sporting activities, they will be given a note to fill in and return.  All notes must be submitted by the due date as late entries will not be accepted.
