Celebrations and Acclamations 

  • Primary SS - Thank you to those classroom teams that have offered their ES staff to supplement staff absences. It is not easy managing these situations for all of us and we appreciate your help each day.
  • Middle SS -  Thank you for supporting students with the book week parade last week. 
  • Secondary SS - Huge shout out to our Learning Specialists - Karla, Juri, Steph and Katie for the informative presentation around Active Supervision!
  • Thank you to R21 team- Susanne, Eirini and Nirosha for their commitment to the students and their support that led to a successful first excursion using public transport. 
  • Senior Secondary SS - Thank you to R25. Carmel, Vicki and Shelly have showed great team work and work ethics!
  • Learning Specialists -Thank you to the secondary sub school leaders for being inclusive, understanding and supportive at all times. 
  • OH&S - Thank you to the Primary Sub-School team for maintaining Playground 1’s shed in an orderly and safe condition. Your efforts in keeping this area well-organised and hazard-free are greatly appreciated.
  • Therapy -  A big thank you  to the teachers and E.S. from Rooms 1 and 2  for supporting their students’ participation in the Yummy-Bites Program.
  • Wellbeing - Thank you to classroom staff for supporting our students to complete their surveys based on their involvment in the Canine Comprehension program. The student feedback has been amazing!!
  • Admin - Nice to see Julie back on deck in the admin office.   Thankyou Julz for implementing the new changes with attendance. 
  • PCT -  A big shout out to all staff last week to for supporting student behaviours and looking after your colleagues. Your support is very much appreciated and does not go unnoticed.
  • Each year we recognise any staff that have significant DE service awards and in Term 4, we will acknowledge these staff at the curriculum day on 3 November 2025.  If you or someone you know has a 20 years or 25 years service with DE, please let Michelle or I know.  The Department of Education recognise employees with 30 years service and above.
