This policy must be read and signed by both the student and their parent/carer before a device is brought to school.

1. Devices Covered by This Policy

  • Mobile phones - any type.
  • Smart watches - including cellular, Bluetooth, or Wi‑Fi enabled models, even if set on school mode or with the capability of being connected to a phone.

  • Devices will be securely stored during the day in the office.
  • All mobile phones and smart watches will be returned at the end of the school day from the teacher on duty on the front playground as the students are leaving the premises.

4. Use of Devices

Students may not use mobile phones or smart watches during:

  • Class time
  • Recess or lunch
