Let's move more in 2024!

Pilates and Meditation in P.E. 

"Pilates is a movement practice that emphasises the mind-body connection, as it brings awareness to the present moment and meets the body where it is. Meditation will help our mind and body stay grounded, awake, and focused" 

 

Over the next 2 weeks I am are incorporating Pilates and Meditation into our P-6 HPE classes.

We have class mats (thanks to the PFA a few years back) 

The students are more than welcome to B.Y.O mats on their P.E day.

Please make sure if they do they are clearly named.

Both practices emphasise the mind-body connection, as they require control, focus, and attention.
